The sub-10 µA micro charge control option, as well as the 120kV-120µA maximum charge capacity and built-in LED lighting features create a unique coating experience for users. It can respond to different application needs with automatic, manual options and a wide range of accessories.

E-COAT+3 LAB DI is designed for stationary applications in laboratory environments, where small sample sizes are tested and it is preferred to use the paint via suction from a sample pouch. E-LAB DI contains all the electrical and pneumatic features of the E-COAT+3 Master powder coating application device. Thanks to the E-Feed+3 VI in-line type injector that can be easily disassembled and installed under the E-GUN+3 C1 model pistol and its easy-to-clean internal structure, it is a useful solution for small sample trials with different colors in stationary use situations such as laboratory environment.

It basically allows two separate systems to be combined (electrical and pneumatic) and controlled. In addition, it is a product system that enables the assembly and control the powder coating device module and the robot control module on a single panel. Automation-system and automation-systemless options are available. There are three different types of ten, fifteen and four modules. It provides the opportunity to work compatible with E-Sense+3 track reading systems. It is an important and necessary part of powder coating systems.

The E-FEED+3 HD Series has a quick self-cleaning function that allows cleaning in a few seconds thanks to the smooth inner surface and the special material used. The quick-connect design of the powder transfer unit to the unit body allows spare workpieces to be replaced without stopping the pump.
