Linear Sanders are designed to quickly and uniformly process linear parts made of wood, metal, plastic or composites. Our Linear Sanders can be ordered to match your specific applications, offering various head configurations which can be angled, and variable speed for profiles can be quickly set up utilizing countless abrasive grits and heads.

The sanding heads can be mounted on the top (T), the bottom (B) or the sides (S) with as many heads as needed. Standard sanders include TS, TB, SB or TSB. Custom machines with extra sanding heads are available upon request. Standard machine width is 11.8" and parts height 3.9".

All sanders are built with a heavy-duty frame for durability with heavy-duty motors and components for years of demanding use. The LS series machines are easy to set-up and use, featuring SIKO counters for quick adjustments measured in 0.004" or for setting the sanding heads to new positions or past settings.  Features include PLC, automatic height adjustment, hold down rollers, specialized brushes and heads.  Abrasives include the strip system, Tynex, cleaning and more.

Linear Profile Sanders & Denibbers are highly versatile machines equipped with a number and range of head variations to fit any application. Each spindle has a Wheel compensation, which further provides the operator with the means to account for wheel wear, resulting in the perfect finish every time. The Linear Profile series is designed to accommodate belts, formed wheels, and slit abrasive wheels. PLC control enables the ability to interface with other machines in the production line.

The Wire Brush-Master/Denibber represents the finest in European design and manufacture, resulting in beautiful sanding results for a wide range of applications and creations. The WB series features heavy duty construction, a small foot print, and can be fitted with a wide range of wire brush grits and sizes. One machine can be used for a variety of brushing grits and styles.  Changing out the heads is easy, and user-friendly. Simply slide out the station and slide in another unit.

The SB series of finish sanders are the perfect cost-effective solution for small to large sized production shops. The SB represents the finest in advanced design and quality manufacture, resulting in beautiful sanding results for a wide range of applications.

The SB Series features heavy-duty construction, a small footprint, and the machines can be fitted with a wide range of abrasives and heads. Replacing the abrasives is as easy as sliding out the station and inserting into the quick-change hub. One machine can be used for whitewood sanding, sealer sanding, and denibbing.

Versatility, performance, and ease of use make these finish sanders a powerful tool in decreasing labor cost and improving quality in every shop.
