Bürkle ROBUSeco C-ONE
The Bürkle ROBUSeco C-ONE (Concept One) is an entry level concept design for shops looking to get into automated paint finishing. You may use a manual roller conveyor or one of our automatic belt conveyor systems for infeed and outfeed. We offer manual batch ovens for consistent curing, or you may let it ambient cure in your space. The system can be equipped with Airless, Air-Assisted Airless, or Airspray paint application technology to meet your production needs. As your production grows, you may add modular options to this concept for further labor savings and automated processes.
The system can be designed with a 4+4+4 automatic gun setup, where you have three dedicated circuits. Since each circuit is independent, you can run both water or solvent-based products without worrying about chemical compatibility. Each circuit is run with either an Airless, Air-Assisted Airless, or Airspray pump system and we can equip each pump with either a Sprayfish Spray & Flush Valve or a Back-Pressure Regulator for material requiring constant circulation, such as stains.
