The ROBUSeco uses a Laser Sensor Part Reader Bar so the machine knows the size of the part and where it is located on the conveyor. We recommend a manual or powered infeed conveyor to ensure the positioning of your parts stays consistent and allows for proper readings through reader bar.

#2 - Exterior Access

Filter Rack

The ROBUSeco allows you to access your Intake Filters from the exterior of the machine to allow for safer filter changes. Competitive machines have inside access, which can create overhead dangers due to grate weight & knobs that hold them in place and in many cases, forces your team to climb onto the conveyor to pull the grates down, causing liability issues.

Control Panel

The ROBUSeco is unique by having the Electrical and Pneumatic Air Controls built into the machine to save floor space. This saves space versus our competitors who have a separate controls unit that needs to be mounted near the machine. All C-series pre-designed systems include this setup. Larger systems may require a larger floor-mounted control station.

#4 - Kraft Roll

Paper System

The ROBUSeco has the optional Kraft Paper Roll System if your production doesn't require our paint recovery system. We recommend this setup for catalyzed paint applications or applications where you have many color changes. With the purchase of your paper, please make sure to purchase extra cores depending on the length of rolls you use.

#5 - Air Exhaust

Fan & Ductwork

The ROBUSeco has the Air Exhaust Fan & Ductwork that can be positioned in different locations near the machine. Sprayfish can help design the layout of the machine as well as the exhaust ducting run to go out of the building. Every state may have different codes on how this ductwork is required to be run and you may have a local company install this ductwork, roof/wall penetration, and sealing of the penetration. Ductwork is not included in our packages as every job will be custom to your facility layout and requirements.

#6 - Fluid Hose

Access Panel

The ROBUSeco has Easy Access Panels which allow you to access your Fluid Hoses from the exterior of the machine. Other machines in the industry either require you to work on them on the inside of the machine (standing/kneeling on the conveyor) or on top of the unit (bending over for long periods). Both can be very hard on your body and increase L&I liability for your maintenance team. On the ROBUSeco, all hoses can be comfortably reached from the outside of the machine after removing our easy to access panels.

#7 - Suction Belt

Conveyor System

The ROBUSeco uses a Suction Conveyor Belt System to keep the paper tight but also to reduce tearing. The conveyor helps to move the paper through the system to reduce the chances of paper tear due to the support underneath. The light suction allows the paper the stay tight and significantly reduces wrinkles in the paper during production.
