Bürkle ROBUSeco SOLO

The Bürkle ROBUSeco SOLO (Single-Operator Lead Optimization) is a system designed for a single-operator to fully run your paint finishing production with optimization in mind.  The system will flip the parts for the operator, air and brush clean, paint, and automatically load and unload your components from the racks.  We offer manual batch ovens for consistent curing, or you may let it ambient cure in your space.

The system can be designed with a 4+4+4 automatic gun setup, where you have three dedicated circuits.  Since each circuit is independent, you can run both water or solvent-based products without worrying about chemical compatibility.  Each circuit is run with either an Air-Assisted Airless or Airspray pump system and we can equip each pump with either a Sprayfish Spray & Flush Valve or a Back-Pressure Regulator for material requiring constant circulation, such as stains.

ROBUSeco SOLO Components

Our modular design allows you to start with the ROBUSeco SOLO system and upgrade it over time to a larger line, while utilizing the components from this system.

#1 - Load/Unload

Automated Stacker

The ROBUSeco SOLO includes Two Automated Stacking Systems, one for Infeed and one for Outfeed. Stack your trim, panels, cabinet doors, and even full interior or exterior doors. Longer parts that cannot fit in the Charge Area, can be passed through the system as a standard flatline setup.

#2 - Infeed/Outfeed

Part Racks

The ROBUSeco SOLO has an Infeed Rack position and an Outfeed Rack position to allow for a single-operator production. The system includes sensors to ensure the rack is placed in the proper position. Carts can cure in an ambient setting or in a batch curing oven.

#3 - Spray Coating Machine

ROBUSeco Flatline

The combination of finely crafted machine details and stable machine frames provides our customers with an ideal entry into spray coating. Equipped with two drive arms and up to 4+4+4 guns with optimum air flow in the coating booth, the ROBUSeco guarantees the highest possible surface quality.

#4 - Integrated Brush

Parts Cleaner

Integrated Parts Cleaning System using a Brush Machine directly in front of the ROBUSeco. Includes air blow-off cleaning and dust extraction system for flat workpiece surfaces.

#5 - Drum Turner

Part Flipper

The Drum Turner Part Flipper will automatically flip your parts by 180 degrees to allow for the back-side of the part to be finished and stacked through the system. When your Infeed Rack is placed after your first coat is cured, the system will remove the parts, reverse them into the Drum Turner, and once turned, will run the backside of your components through the system.
